The Level 1 Stretch Therapy Certification is an immersive, hands on training designed to teach you how to safely and effectively deliver assisted stretching sessions that create real change in the body.
This certification bridges the gap between knowing about stretching and confidently working with clients. You’ll learn how to assess, communicate, and apply assisted stretching techniques with precision, professionalism, and care.
This is not a generic weekend course.
It’s the pathway into stretch therapy- built for longevity, results, and real world application.
Hands on training in 40+ assisted stretches
Assisted stretches for both floor and table settings
Client communication, cueing, and positioning
Safety and scope of practice
Confidence to facilitate 30-90min appointments
Completion of Science of Stretching (SOS) is required prior to attending the in person certification weekend.
If you haven’t completed SOS yet, we recommend choosing the bundle option.
